(Shooting/Stickhandling Clinics)

PLV1 – PLV5 Weekly Clinics

Clinics are on-going weekly throughout the year unless otherwise stated (holidays, camps…)   Weekly sessions will vary in content but will always adhere to our PLV Philosophy.  Our  teaching method is categorized and broken down in a manner to accommodate every player  from our PLV1 (Player Level 1)  First Years of Hockey to the PLV5 (Player Level 5 ) Competitive Midget Players.  Each Player is assessed and begins their training at the level that will be most beneficial to ensure their success with CPD.  Please call(613-831-7867) or email ( at the centre if you are unsure which level to register your player into. Please note that the coach may move the player to a different level if the need arises.

Our clinics are designed to provide flexible, directed training for each individual player.  You may purchase 1, 6 or a 10 session package on-line.  Then simply book your player into the slots that work around your schedule.

All sessions will involve an element of power skating, shooting and stickhandling to different degrees depending on the skill level.

CPD does provide private and semi-private sessions.  Please call CHDC 613-831-7867 or email Tricia at to inquire about pricing and availability.
